This morning we baptized in water another young man who gave his life to Christ on Wednesday night. His name is Jeff. It was so exciting to see the hand of God on Jeff's life and to hear his testimony of how the Lord has delivered him from darkness and brought him into the Kingdom of light. Truly, the miracle of the new birth is the greatest miracle of all! There is absolutely nothing like it.
As a church we have been spending Wednesday nights in intensive prayer for our city, and I must say, the Lord has been hearing our prayers! If someone were to ask, "Well, what is your program," I would have to say, "Prayer!" If someone were to question, "How did it all happen so quickly," I would have to say, "Prayer!" The call for people to pray has been the answer to our heartfelt cry to see people come into the Kingdom. This has been a huge blessing. I can't emphasize enough how important prayer is to all that God wants to do. I think the reason for this is that prayer doesn't change God, but it does change us. Clearly, we have become sensitized to the Holy Spirit in ways that would not have been possible if we hadn't spent so much time in prayer. Prayer is definitely a key to revival in the church!

Love it Bill. This is great. We had one person come to Christ on Sunday and she will be baptized on Tuesday night. One person was baptized in the Holy Spirit and one person was healed. Prayer is the key Bill, you are so right..!
